What kind of AI projects does Tianyi Pan take on?
Custom applications built on large language models and machine learning: chat assistants and Q&A bots over a company's own documents and regulations, multi-agent tutors and graders, AI-avatar training simulators, video translation, document processing automation, and computer vision systems. I work full-stack, from the model and data pipeline to the user-facing app.
Do you work with clients outside China?
Yes. Xiaopan AI is a Finnish company (CFD-Finland Oy, Espoo), and I work remotely with clients wherever they are.
Do you run AI training for leadership teams?
Yes. My workshops are hands-on sessions for small groups of 4–8 executives, built around practical examples of using AI inside their own organization. Past sessions include X-Talks Shenzhen and an AI training for Shanghai Jiaotong University MBA alumni.
